1. Coin/Token Jam
  • Issue: Coins or tokens get stuck in the slot and cannot proceed.
  • Solution:
    • Check the coin/token path for obstructions.
    • Clear the pathway and ensure the tokens are the correct size for the machine.
    • Use an air blower to clean the coin slot.
2. Capsule Not Dispensing
  • Issue: The capsule doesn’t drop after the handle is turned.
  • Solution:
    • Open the machine and check if capsules are stuck or piled up on the internal track.
    • Inspect the mechanical parts of the handle to ensure nothing is jammed or broken.
    • Clean the track and dispensing chute to allow capsules to slide out smoothly.

3. Handle Rotation Stuck
  • Issue: The handle is difficult to turn or feels jammed.
  • Solution:
    • Check if the internal gears are worn out or blocked by debris.
    • Lubricate the gears or moving parts, and replace any damaged components if necessary.
4. Uneven Capsule Distribution
  • Issue: Some customers keep getting the same capsule, while others are hard to obtain.
  • Solution:
    • Check the internal distributor and track to ensure capsules are evenly mixed and distributed.
    • Make sure the machine’s dispensing mechanism is working properly and adjust the distribution settings if needed.
5. Power or Lighting Failure
  • Issue: The machine’s power or lights are not working.
  • Solution:
    • Check the power plug and cables for proper connection.
    • Replace the power supply or lightbulb, and ensure the internal wiring is functioning correctly.

6. Display or Price Setting Issues
  • Issue: The display or pricing isn’t showing correctly, or prices cannot be adjusted.
  • Solution:
    • Check the display connections for any loose or damaged wires.
    • Reset the price settings and check for any software or hardware malfunctions.
7. Loose or Damaged Machine Housing
  • Issue: The machine’s outer shell is loose or cracked.
  • Solution:
    • Check and tighten all screws and fasteners.
    • Replace the housing or related parts if the damage is severe.
